Shipping costs & returns

 

a) Standard shipping (DPD)

The shipping costs to Germany are EUR 4.80. We deliver free shipping for orders over 200 euros.

The shipping costs to Austria are EUR 6.10. We deliver free shipping for orders over 200 euros.

 

b) Shipping with DHL

The shipping costs to Germany are EUR 4.80. We deliver free shipping for orders over 200 euros.

The shipping costs to Austria are EUR 7.35. We deliver free shipping for orders over 200 euros. For delivery to the nearest packing station (instead of to the front door), the shipping costs are EUR 5.85.

 

c) Other countries (except Poland)

For regions that are difficult to reach (especially islands), the normal shipping rate increases by a regionally dependent “island surcharge”.

d) Poland

The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package. The base price per package is EUR 15.00; this amount increases by EUR 0.71 per kilo.

Return Policy

If you have canceled your order, you must return or hand over the (unopened) goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We can organize a collection of the goods at your request; the cost of collection is 6.00 euros per package.
